Initially I disliked the placement of the left thumb stick on the DS4. The thumbstick placement on the xbox controllers just seems to make more sense with todays games.

Why? For shooters, your thumbs both spend the majority of the time on the sticks. Why should their placement not be mirrored?

My thumb more comfortably lines up with the placement of the left stick on the xbox than the right one. I'd rather have both sticks in that placement, but swapping the buttons & the right stick makes hitting the buttons with any accuracy difficult (if accurately hitting the d-pad is any indication).
