Have you tried redownloading it on your console?

Have you looked on xbox.com? When I search for the Taken King on 360, it tries to make me buy it again (not a good sign); however, when I look under My Xbox 360 Games, it shows up, yet when I try to click it, I get an error page (not a good sign). I'm pretty sure it's still on my 360, but the situation I describe in regards to what Xbox.com shows is worth a call to customer service.
