Cool wallpaper! ... Help? Looking for a piece of art (Destiny)

Can you help me find a particular piece of art? I have been wracking my brain and abusing the search function all morning and it is driving me crazy! I can't find a piece of concept art. I even pulled out "The Art..." book. I also tried to remember which artist rendered it.
But this one evades me.
It was an image of Tower North where The Speaker resides. It has alot of his 'set decoration' but I think it appears to be an enclosed room. Like his personal quarters, study, observatory, or workspace?
