Weekly Moment of Dissapointment... (Destiny)

It's Tuesday, that means it's time for my weekly check to see if I can complete my Moments of a Triumph. All I need is to get the calcified fragment "The Gift Mast" and I'll be done. Just one problem... The Gift Mast is only rewarded for completing a Nightfall Strike on the Dreadnaught. We haven't had a Nightfall on the Dreadnaught in several weeks, stretching possibly as far back as Bungie day...
I've done several Nightfalls on the Dreadnaught in the past but a long while ago deleted and restarted my Titan to redo the Defender quest line to get the Defender class item. Bungie even knows I once had The Gift Mast (destinycalcifiedfragments.com says so) but now it doesn't count. So each Tuesday I log in to see if I can complete the Moments of Triumph this week... only to be disappointed again and again.
The Year One Moment of Triumph did not require a random event like this. Yes, you had to do 50 public events, but there was clearly enough time to do them when the Moments of Triumph were announced. At this point I do not know if I will be able to complete MoT for Year Two...
I've had a lot of fun helping other people complete their Year Two Moments of Triumph. I hung around the Court of Oryx just to help ransoms with their Tier 2 & 3 runes. I played more Oryx, and Gogloroth, and Warpriest in the last month than I ever did in months prior, I helped with the Challenge of Elders and The Mountain Top and generally had a blast being a fan and member of the community.
At this point, I'm not ordering Rise of Iron until I beat the Year Two Moments of Triumph. And yes, if some random number generator refuses to pick the correct Nightfall Strikes before the time is up, I will not be ordering Rise of Iron at all. Part of Bungie's responsibility, in my opinion, is to manage their "living world" and if someone like me who has followed and played Destiny from the very beginning can't complete the Moments of Triumph, then they are clearly failing at that responsibility.
You're move Bungie... there's nothing more I can do:

Yeah, It should be on the dreadnaught for the 14th time
In 46ish weeks.
Edit: Source That's not even counting the most recent ones. Probably 16 by now.

Several weeks, perhaps even a MONTH?!. No, but seriously, it was the sunless cell from 7-12 to 7-19 I think.
We have 1 on venus, 3 on mars, 2 on earth, 2 on the moon, and 2 on the dreadnaught, unless I missed something. It should be the dreadnaught 1/5th of the time. So it really won't be unreasonable to wait a few more weeks.

I know it's been Tanix, Cell from the Prison of Elders, and Psions the last three weeks. It's possible I was busy on a key week, but even so, tying the entire thing to something that can take a month to come back around is intensely frustrating. As is not knowing if I'm already locked out even though there is still a month left.. If there were a schedule or a guarantee that I still had a chance I'd feel a lot better about all of this.
