Rise of Iron Weapon Pictures Link (Destiny)

These look awesome, I love the new Trials and Iron banner Look, really mixed it up with the design. Although it kind of reminds me of the old school Pencil Sharpeners they had in school, like this:

I think of that just because the blades inside looked similar to the design on Winter's End and But Not Forgotten.

My top picks from the list are Winter's End and The Unbent Tree.

Much Excite!

Personally I think the Sniper, But Not Forgotten, is my favorite looking. Now we just got to hope for them being decent guns!

Seriously. Hopefully they have some new perks outside of exotic perks too. I would really like to see more useful options than the MIDA.

I've never seen a pencil sharpener of that specific design before. What company makes it?

Not Sure if trolling or not...

If you aren't, lots of them used to. Thats all we used in grade school (Until about 3rd Grade) to sharpen pencils with. They worked sometimes, but the most memorable thing about them is how you would hit your hand on the wall or the bookshelf they were on/near when sharpening a pencil. When they were new they worked pretty well but if they were crappy they would just eat pencils.

... except when he's not. But even then, he sometimes is.

Funk on takes his pens and pencils very seriously. For reals.

No, I mean that specific model, not the general design.

Most of the ones I've used are X Acto KS (I believe X-Acto took over for Bostons, as the KS model is identical to the Boston KS), or Stanleys, or APSCOs, or Boston Champions or model Ls or whatnot. That model is one I've never seen.

Also, those are called planetary sharpeners because they use planetary gearing, that is, epicyclic, related to the Ptolemaic model of the universe.

Found it. Looks like a new Giant. *IMG*

They're made by Sanford now, and the design is slightly different. I'll admit that I am not as familiar with designs made after the 1980s.

This is an old one.

Looks very familiar

I think I've got a Boston sharpener from the 40s or 50s that used to belong to my dad. He mounted it on a big wooden block so he could move it around. It's a tank. Don't use it because I don't use pencils these days.

You must really love those things!
