Any trick with Iron Banner Ghost shells? (Destiny)

... And on my last match I got a 334 ghost! yay! Considering I havent done any Taken King content with my third character I have managed to get it up there in light with random drops from other characters.

Any tricks with getting leveled ghost shells from Iron Banner? Both of the last Banner events I've received the Iron Ghost Shell for the rank 5 drop. They both dropped at 320.
Last Iron Banner I was closer to level 320 but ascending so it was relatively 'in line' with all my other gear, and it was a big step up from my prior ghost so I was happy.
This Iron Banner, my character was 332 and the ghost shell seemed to downgrade down to 320. Ghost is my lowest piece of gear, all other pieces are 332/335
