How has no one seen this or mentioned it yet? I have been saying that Eva Levante should have been doing this for a long time. While I think she makes more sense then the Gunsmith, I am so stoked about this! (obviously)

Haven't seen it on a thread on here. Can't say definitively that it hasn't been mentioned, because I haven't read every single thread. This is a big deal to me, I was constantly running out of armor materials because I don't really care for PvE and PvP does not drop any where near the same amount of engrams to decrypt and get armor materials out of.

This was news to me as well.

Eva would definitely make more sense, I imagine they thought it would be annoying to have to trek over to her for upgrades.
