there is a wizard with 100% drop rate at the start of the plaguelands. kill her, go to orbit, and return.

I guess a lot of people are doing this, b/c i tried going to orbit and coming back several times, and it was always gone. so i just stuck around and the respawn seemed fairly fast, maybe a couple of minutes. while waiting, i did the two patrol beacons there, and got a fallen walker public event. I killed 3-4 brood wizards, then went to orbit and came back to reset the patrol beacons.

I found it much easier to just wander the Plaguelands. Just about all the Majors that spawn drop them will regularity. I've gotten them from Wizards, Knights, and Captains. And even though I ise the keys just about every time I run into laser grids, my inventory has been growing.
As a broader question, what uses have folks found other than Axe/Chest rooms?

Sometimes patrol beacons send you into those rooms, so it seems like a pseudo-requirement for doing patrol missions in the Plaguelands.
