Raid advice if you please *no spoilers* (Destiny)

My approach (even before I did the raid) was to make sure I had a number of different options for dealing large amounts of damage quickly.

Basically, I made sure I had G-Horn, Black Spindle, legendary counterparts for both, and high intellect/orb generating armor (also Celestial Nighthawk for Gunslinger, not applicable to you).
