This, ironically, has nothing to do with me. The Comet strings were written after I left, and I think Jill Scharr just named this armor for the cool-ass explorer Ibn Battuta.

Yes, he has the talent despite that foray into one of your crusades--must everything relate to some argument you have to keep going?

Kermit, if you'd been keeping up I've come around to the plot choices in reach conflicting with Fall of Reach. I'm okay with it. Look at which emoticon I used. I'm not trying to prove a point here. Just having some fun. At this point that's all HRINC is.

One of the first things I did when I got to Bungie was start asking questions about what went 'wrong' (in my opinion) with Reach's campaign. It led to a ton of really fascinating discussions about the interaction between writing and design! I don't like Reach's story any better, but I understand a lot more about how it ended up the way it did.

I got to meet the guy who designed the awesome 'fight until you die' level, which was probably the best piece of storytelling-through-gameplay in all of Halo. He's cool. He worked on the recent game Asemblance!

If you want to accuse Cody of carrying an argument way too far, at least he didn't join Bungie so he could get the inside scoop :p
