I broke my grimoire score (Destiny)

Just noticed this yesterday. When I log in as my Titan, my grimoire score is 5200. On my Hunter, it is 5150.
Has anyone run into this before?

Yeah, Titans get an extra 50 Grimoire for being Awesome.

anytime I switch characters after picking up some sort of grimoire related item it goes haywire.
Hunter penalty. Pretty standard.

I just decided to finally read the THAB and I actually found this:
Some Grimoire is currently Character based. Grimoire totals may change in-game depending on which Character has found specific Grimoire collectables.

Thanks - was gonna post this. I find it irritating; I guess I could USE it, to figure out what things I still need to find on each character... but mostly it just triggers mild OCD, and isn't helpful. ;)
If I didn't play with another device near me (so I could know when my in-game score is lower than my actual score), I think I'd be angry. ;)
