Best PS3 Exclusives? *OT*

So I got a new roommate with a PS3 (I've never even touched a PS3, having only had Xboxen), and he's getting deployed for a few months so I've got some time with it.
What are some of the best PS3 exclusives I should check out?
I tried Uncharted 3 and didn't like it. I know, I should have started with the first one, but he doesn't have it, so I used what I had. It seemed very fun, potentially, but the controls were terrible in my opinion. Drake didn't want to go where I was pointing him at all, and the aiming while shooting was some of the worst I've ever seen.
That being said, I've already played through The Last of Us (Working on Survivor now!), and it was one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had.
I'm looking at possibly picking up Ni No Kuni; it looks pretty interesting.
What else should I check out for the PS3?

Ni no Kuni is a great game! I mainly use my PS3 for Japanese imports and those really cool indie games, but I'm sure you'd like plenty of these. Also a ton of PS1/PS2 collections if you missed these back then.

Definitely get the ICO/Shadow of the Colossus HD Collection. SotC is basically just 16 unique boss fights, set in a beautiful world, that require you to think a little bit - both in figuring our how to beat the Colussi, but also make you question why...

I loved Dark Souls. I know it's not a direct sequel because they didn't retain the rights, so it's more of a spiritual successor. Is Demon's Souls different/interesting enough to give that a go too?

What else should I check out for the PS3?
Others have mentioned the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus HD collection. This, more than anything else, I would recommend.
The God of War Games are good, if you can stomach some over-the-top gore and a touch of chauvinism. I have not yet played the newest one, Ascension, but I played everything else up to God of War 3 and always enjoyed them. There's not really that much to the Kratos character, but I find him compelling somehow. He's like rage incarnate. And the Greek mythology angle is pretty fun.
Honestly, those are the only PS3 exclusives I've played. The only other game I've used that system for is Just Cause 2, which I do like, but it isn't exclusive.
