...Also, Destiny is too much active work. I can finish school work and grades while grinding Madden's stupid ultimate team, but cannot do it and Destiny at the same time.

You are running strikes wrong then. You are supposed to spawn in to a strike and then go do anything other than help your teammates complete the objective.
