Question (Destiny)
I was under the impression that it wasn't the fire team leader's skill rating used for matchmaking - it was the highest skill rating in the group. My own experience corroborates this; a few of my regular fire team members are really good. When I play crucible with them (even as leader), I get about a 0.8 k/d. When I queue solo, my k/d jumps to 1.2 or better.
