The Challenge rewards (for completing the Sigil and the drops at the end of a run through the prison) are capped at 335 - those haven't changed from before Rise of Iron. The House of Judgement Faction rank-ups are capped at 390. House of Judgement requires 3000 rep; the rewards are pictured here:

That is incorrect, at least for the Sigil rewards. After Rise of Iron launched, the Challenge of Elders Sigil rewards began dropping at 365 (see VG24/7 article).

Yeah, those are rep packages. I mean Challenge of Elders.

Just stay at 39x and you can still do everything.

Oh, why is that?

Because it makes me imagine a scenario where I'm actually sitting there planning out all those steps instead of just enjoying shooting things. Barf.

Lol. Well I'm of the shoot, reload, repeat type of guy myself.

I tend to think of it more like steps on a flight of stairs, or a shopping list.
No real planning; more like, onto the next thing... to kill. ;)
