Turns out it's not even very accurate.

Says my most valuable achievement of 2016 was The Young Wolf - but my Achievements list suggests that Splicer God (worth 10 points more) also happened in 2016, so...

For a second I thought maybe it was based on rarity and enough people had that achievement bugged to put it ahead of Splicer God, but I've got The Young Wolf, too, and it placed Splicer God ahead of it for me.

Strange.
