The tech industry aggressively hires from overseas. Open immigration is to their benefit.
From a legal standpoint I'm not sure if these suits have any merit. I'm sure the PR plays well with certain groups however.

Some of them are cited as witnesses in the original suit and have been legally advised to not sign onto this brief. Amazon is one of those companies.
