Let's hope that you don't mean that it has a truncated overly ambitious story where major events are described via voiceover during gameplay because they ran out of time to actually put them into the game.

I meant it has a truncated overly ambitious level design that has to be scrapped and the third act of the game has to be moved to Destiny 3 because they had to start all over and ran out of time.
