FWIW, the Wednesday XBox DBO crew was able to single-phase Atheon last night a couple of times using a Weapons of Light bubble and keeping a constant tether on him while firing Sleeper Stimulants. No second oracle phase is the easiest second oracle phase :).

Pretty much Sleeper rains king. Then have Ex Machina and a VoG primary to kill the oracles so you don't waste ammo. Sleeper is consistent even if Body hits.
