What kind of a player base is expected for the PC?

For example, PS: 12 million, XB: 10 million, PC: 5 million? 1?

How many here will play it on PC?

It's hard to say, as the PC market is generally kind of a longer tail thing driven by regular sales and prominence. I wouldn't be surprised if the PC market starts at a few million sales, but will see more growth/less attrition of the player base.

My plan is to go for PC, even though my PC is kinda garbo and might struggle with it. (I5 3570k, 7870xt, it was great 3 years ago hah). I'm mostly worried about the CPU performance, as I can't push that much farther. I think the beta will decide it for me.

I waited a year before i jumped into D1, so I can wait 47 days ;)

One thing though, since our second kid my PC desk is now the diaper changing station, and the pc is now hooked up to the TV, so i'll probably be doing PC with controller, and I won't be doing much competitive PVP.
