Raga's mention today of buying the ghost edition reminded me--I really dropped the ball this time in regard to getting any of the special editions. At the very least I thought I could settle for the Gamestop version and get the stuff I cared about without the Hawthorne bag, but alas, I spent so long hoping to get my hands on the collector's edition now my local Gamestops are out of the other one. (They were actually rudely dismissive of me when I inquired.)

If anyone here knows of an extra copy of either somewhere (accidentally ordered or what have you), I'm still interested (either platform). I'll be placing my orders to get in on the beta soon.

I'm seeing the Destiny 2 Collector's Edition going for $300 to $650. Retail is $249. Same sort of maddness for the limited editions too. Sorry Kermit.
