Care to source the non-repeatable?

And is this a context of loot is non-repeatable, or are the encounters non-repeatable? Can I not show one off to a friend just getting into the game because I've already completed it?

Just loot is what it sounds like people on reddit are bitching about, but I can't find a source for it. The quote I posted above indicates that you can repeat them and specifically calls out showing them to friends once you've found them--no mention of loot tables or anything thing.

Lost Sectors are really about, you know there's a lot of them at each destination, so it's about exploring the destination and finding those spaces and then, you know, helping your friends find them as well because you can take your friends who maybe haven't found some of them and show them where some of those are
