The first Destiny edition PS4 was actually just white as well.

It was the TTK edition that had the cool gold design on it.

You can cancel digital preorders now?

I don't know how much of an issue it is, but I remember a lot of people wondering why there were no hardware bundles announces when they announced the D2 game price/packages and expressing apprehension about deciding before those are out. Considering there is nothing uniques about this console and they'd are essentially just doing a game pack-in, yeah I think they could have gotten this announced earlier.

(Also, I'm sure a week before beta is the time people want to be moving around orders.)

Where do you see that? They make it pretty clear that you're good for a refund as long as you haven't started downloading the game.

4K is all they've revealed, and as far as I've seen not even confirmation of what type of processing to hit 4k, though I'm guessing checkerboarding, I'd be surprised if they use dynamic resolution scaling since the game is going to be locked at 30fps.

Also comes with comics, but seriously, it's cheaper than getting a Slim on its own, and comes with an essential must-play game (Uncharted 4 is pretty fantastic as well, but you kind of have to play the earlier games to fully appreciate the meaning behind it)...
