So, what is this 16 player feature? It's news to me, unless I've forgotten something.

They may program for it but not have it regularly available. Custom games, lobbies, maybe a once a month big team battle playlist.

That makes sense - perhaps they upped the number of allowed fire teams in a shared combat space from 3 to 4?

I think that's just microsoft's standard boilerplate for store entries
