So as always, I was not home the weekend of a cool Xur day (Transverse Steps, just like Gjallahorn). Anyways, it is the only Exotic (other than Faction Armband, etc) I don't have. Since I have had all other legs, I have gotten ~15-20 leg engrams, and NONE have changed. Does anyone have any suggestions about the hell I can get this last exotic, I would have thought the game would have pittyed me at this point.

The extra chests in the raids all include an exotic drop chance in their loot table - I got a "No Backup Plans" and a "Nemesis Star" last night running Wrath of the Machine. Perhaps running a lot of raids (along with using a few Three of Coins before each boss) might help increase the chances.

yea running raids has been a bit hard, but I do make sure to get all chest and use Three of Coins when I do. the none weekly raids chest count as well right?

I believe so, yes. I ran VoG last week when it wasn't featured and someone got an Empyrean Bellicose out of the first Gorgon chest.

This is going to sound really silly, but I swear it certainly SEEMS like it works. I've been in this place when it comes to a bunch of exotics. If really wanted to get it, it seemed like I couldn't.

My suggestion to you is to stop trying to get the exotic. I don't know why, but it seems when ever I said "Whatever - I don't care anymore" is usually the point when I got the exotic I wanted to get in the first place. Your results may very. Batteries not included.

What I like to do is just before bed, putting one on each of my characters, so when I wake up the next day and forget about it, I get blown away by a surprise Exotic.
