My mid-range 2012 build nearly makes it, need +1G VRAM (Destiny)

Also, Iron Banner Control is next week, and Clans are going to need be moved over. Speak with your nearest clan leader about reserving yourself a spot in the D2 clan. :P

PC min specs are pretty mild. My Midrange circa 2013 build clears the min specs easily

I just need +1GB VRAM. Maybe I'll drop a couple Benjamins & get a better GPU if I decide to play on the PC (tho' I could squeak by with a 1050 for $100 less... Hmm).
