Why Won't Bungie Make Year 3 Ornaments Available for Silver? (Destiny)

I'm really bummed. For 20 weeks, since Age of Triumph came out, there's only been one thing I've been remotely interested in getting from the Treasure of Ages, the Undiscovered Country ornament. I haven't even had an ornament drop for the last 8 weeks. I can't this thing. It's my year 3 Black Hammer (which never dropped for me). The one thing I actually want I can't get.

F*&# RNGesus. I'm so ready to be done with this. Why can't I have a f*&$ing mission to earn it, or some means to actually get it? Or hell, just sell the thing, there's less than month in this game. This is so stupid.
