Just watching the rhythm of that clip and hearing it in my head, it lends itself to "Money" by Pink Floyd.

I was screaming "Don't ride the charging handle forward you idiots!". Those guns aren't going to be much good when the first round is out of battery.
Could be non-reciprocating with a forward lock after charging and/or open bolt.
