You have to login and complete the "quest" by watching a trailer to get the Destiny 2 Launch Dynamic Theme.
I don't pay much attention to PS4 themes, but this one is definitely animated. It's starts with the Destiny 2 promo image of the Travler and the city burning, then zooms in a cycles through a bunch of character art pieces. Kinda neat, but maybe a bit too busy for my tastes.

You totally should! It's a good game. I didn't know there was a theme, to be honest. I played Firewatch on PC and didn't have a PS4 at that point. I might have to look into it, because I can imagine how cool that theme would be.

My personal favorite is the Outbreak theme for The Last of Us, which is a timelapse of fungal growth on a black background. It's nice and subtle, and once the music kicks in...
Recently, though, I've been using the theme that you get for preordering Destiny 2. It's a bit busy for my tastes, but the music always makes me hum along when it first kicks in...

They've been added to the quests (along with a sweepstakes for a PS4 Pro). So far they just have Cayde and Hawthorne, but I'm sure that as the day goes on, they'll add the others from the "Meet" videos.
