Schlosser and James seem to have adapted for Destiny 2 what O'Donnell started with the first Destiny, which you can oh-so-clearly hear with the first two tracks for the game. The use of the choir and the cinematic adagio really stand out in the early tracks.

Perhaps Marty left his mark forever. I wonder how true this assumption is?

Yeah, you were on timeout, but this was already posted (sans the article, obviously). I'm moving it into the proper thread.

Well I don't know about any of the musical language or whatever, but themes from Destiny 1 are clearly used in Destiny 2. I certainly heard the distinctive Cabal Stomp, and a cool track from the first soundtrack, "Untold Legends", finally made it into the game.
