Glad you got something for your trouble. My friend is pretty good about getting businesses to behave with twitter PR. Just another avenue you could take in the future.

Was on the cusp, honestly. I've spent hours on the phone in the last few days trying to resolve this. I normally sing praises about BB, but honestly their preorder payment system is the one area I've run into trouble with too frequently.

I ran into this with my Xbox One preorder. I kept going back and forth with BBY telling me it was an issue with my bank, and my bank telling me they weren't even seeing a transaction attempt, but there's no reason it wouldn't process if one tried to go through. Eventually, I had to call BBY, then three-way-call the bank, and I let the two of them fight it out until one of them eventually fixed it (pretty sure it was Best Buy). It was hours and hours and hours on the phone, but I got my stupid Xbox :p
