Slowdown spotted twice. XB1 (Destiny)
One very minor instance in a PvP match. I don't remember the map.
One major instance (~3-5 seconds) near Devrim Kay. During a busy skirmish between Cabal, Fallen and Guardians.
Cutscenes drop frames on me.

Does this happen to anyone else? In the middle of a cutscene the playback will skip & stutter. It's annoying. I went with the digital download so it's not because of a scratched disc.

Not game breaking, but definitely noticeable enough for me to think my Xbone finally gave up.
