What do you think of Cold Heart? (Destiny)

I haven't done much with my titan yet to see, but I am wondering if Actium War Rig works with Coldheart. AWR reloads autorifles automatically. For infusion purposes, Coldheart is an autorifle.
Can you keep it firing non-stop by crouching up and down behind a barricade?
