100% true. Loot based shooters already suffer from this simply based on the nature of the game: People who have the time to get the best loot have an inherent advantage over those who don't. I don't disagree with rewarding people for their time, but exacerbating the situation by needlessly handicapping lower power and already undergeared players is unnecessary. Furthermore, when the reward for play in the weighted playlist is *more loot* you're only widening the gap between the haves and have-nots, which, imo, is detrimental to the overall experience of the game.

You want a truly iron banner? Give lower level players vast power increases. See if the best players with the best gear can hold their own against four super powered kinderguardians!!! I'd be down for that.
