That the Crucible map section, everyone had Power Ammo? Perhaps a new gametype or Custom Games are early?

They probably just gave everyone in the test power ammo so it wouldn't take so long to get an exciting clip. Didn't somebody (on Reddit) figure out that they did the same thing with lowering recharge rates in the Destiny 2 PvP trailer?
