I still need to get my first raid done.
every time i'm able to sign up for a raid team (if they bother to listit on the fireteam builder) we either never get anything more then a single level done or we never play at all because there 'is not enough people'. don't think I'll ever get the raid at this rate.

You will. Set some up yourself. But I have had a hell of a time myself. I have found LFG to work pretty well though.
