Blizzard adds in an identifier at the end of the battletag to differentiate one from another.
For example, mine is Unreal#11505.

Yeah thats what I figured, I'm pretty sure that its not allowed to impersonate a Blizz employee on bnet but I have no idea how it works with Bungie employees.
