I’ll be playing the new episode tonight, probably.

I don’t know, but my initial reaction was that the story jumped into the realm of unbelievability.
What a bummer. *SP*
Episode 3 was bad. It was the complete opposite of what I would have liked to see.
Instead of exploring Chloe's relationship with Amber, we spent an episode playing Nancy Drew and saving Rachel's mom. It's not at all what I was interested in. Dealing with the revelation of Rachel's mom could have been much more interesting, but this episode took Rachel completely out of the equation.
These games really hit for me based on the small moments and personal connections, and this episode had very little of that. I liked the beginning, consoling Rachel in her room. The rest of the episode sucked.

I told Rachel the truth. I think this would perfectly explain her decline to the dark side so to speak. To think Chloe was responsible for Rachel’s death ultimately is sad.
Even sadder is I put Bay over Bae. That means Chloe killed Rachel, AND never saw Max again!

That’s a bit of a stretch. Rachel is responsible for her own decisions, not Chloe. And the only one responsible for her death is Jefferson.
Also, it seemed like Rachel had a lot of her birth mother in her anyway, always looking for more, looking for an escape. Who’s to say Chloe could have changed anything either way?
