Just go to xboxdvr.com, type in your name, find the clip, and copy the URL. Then use the video button on the right and paste the link in the box that pops up.
I guess just a note for anyone else reading (it obviously doesn't apply to ManKitten since his stuff's already visible), you MAY have to adjust the privacy settings for your XBox media in order for it to be visible on XBoxDVR.com
