Video of PS Exclusive Strike, New Weapon *Spoilers* (Destiny)

PS Underground got to see the new PS exclusive strike. It looks fine.
The big news is the new weapon they show off, the Polaris Lance. It's Ana Bray's Scout Rifle (in the Energy slot). If you land four precision hits, the next shot hits and has a delayed elemental explosion. It looks amazing.
P.S. What is it with Destiny and taking normal enemies and just making them bigger as a boss?

There’s a fair bit of fun insight in the PSUnderground playthroughs.
Even though the people playing have a skill level at the bare minimum to successfully complete the strike (and which makes it difficult to see the exotics performing at any ideal capacity), the info from the developers is pretty neat, and you can technically see the new stuff in action.
I thought it was a worthwhile thing to listen to, if not necessarily watch.
I do wish the PSU rep would ask some harder-hitting questions, though. Some of them are filler questions that pretty much answer themselves.

Also, after watching again the precision hits don’t have to be consecutive. As long as you get four crits, the fifth sets off an explosion. Reloading resets it though. You can see how many hits you have in the scope, and it glows when the explosive round is ready.

Totally how the Zen Meteor should have performed, at the very least... Now that I think about it, the Polaris Lance is almost literally just the Zen Meteor, but in Scout Rifle form, and the "With s Lasertbeam" perk's issues fixed.

I couldn’t find anything that said one way or another, which leads me to believe it’s not, but maybe that’s a huge assumption on my part.
I strongly doubt that they'd make the DLC's main character's signature weapon an exclusive.
1. The whiny kids that are already salty about exclusives would have a field day with it, since it's used prominently in advertising (and probably in-game).
2. It would lock away the obvious story reward (essentially the Stranger's Rifle) from two platforms, which makes little sense.
