I'm surprised they got a documentary on a game-in-progress not after it was done. It's pretty cool to hear about the challenges they had moving from a single-player only engine to a multiplayer-only game.

Never good when you make a documentary, and someone says to skip the first 35 minutes.

I think it's super cool that they are doing this and choosing games as subjects, but I haven't been able to watch a single one and really stay engaged.

I have found them all engaging and interesting.

The biggest issue for me is that they’ve all basically been puff pieces for whatever the subject is. That’s honestly probably just the nature of the thing. While Danny has complete control of what he says in the piece, I don’t think anyone is going to give him very good access if he really tries to start digging into real issues. I’d love to see him do so, talk about crunch and working conditions and harassment and all of that. I just no that if he ever really dives into that in a serious way, his access to developers probably dries up pretty quickly.
