Dead Orbit -> Future War Cult -> New Monarchy is the obvious order everyone would pledge for the catalysts.
I didn't follow that at all and still only have the Sunshot catalyst on PS4 and no catalysts on Xbox, though. Went New Monarch this time just for that sweet shader. I don't even have Sweet Business, so I just played to get a nice stack of shaders and then called it quits.

The PC community’s love of Sunshot has single-handedly kept FWC in the race these past two Faction Rallies. They had zero chance of winning the first one, but this one had to have been neck and neck...

Almost every catalyst is “boring.”
The Sunshot is basically my favorite gun in the game, so I went for that first, and it’s the one I’ll be getting next Faction Rally on Xbox too.

Which is cool. You love the gun, ya want to make it better. I get it. Go and blow stuff up.
I simply right now prefer the catalysts that add perks such as "+20 Range/+15 Aim Assist/Hidden Hand (Perk) Better target acquisition" or "Serious Business (Perk) When this weapon is fully spun up, the flinch from incoming damage is greatly reduced" as that change is a lot more noticeable (for me anyway) then "+30 Range/+20 Stability". I really want Midas catalyst, for example, as it adds Outlaw to Mida.
Also Ishtar Commander was held hostage.
