They have definitely upped the Catalyst drop rate. (Destiny)

In the last 3 Heroic Strikes I've run, two separate Exotic Catalysts have dropped (Coldheart and Riskrunner).
Before 1.2.3, I had exactly zero catalysts drop during strikes.
I can live with this. :)
