So I'm trying to get those super kills, and having 1 resilience means that I get shot out of my ark strider super way to easily. I've been two tapped several times now trying to come at people.

It's forced me to play gunslinger for a while, which isn't my preference but what can you do? It doesn't help that for some reason the servers decided that clash will be the only game type yesterday. I had to duck out into the supremacy playlist just for some variety.

Also, graviton lance is way too good when you are wearing the full set of basic armor. I've been one shot headshot a few times, and those annoying sobs that are in their full resilience armor hiding in the back of fire lanes, with their team mates spawn trapping us, are not helping.

Graviton Lance is absolutely deadly, but it isn’t capable of 1-shot kills or even 2-shot kills. It takes 3-shots minimum, even against a low-resilience Guardian (I’m fairly certain about that... someone please correct me if I’m wrong). What you’re likely experiencing is either getting hit by multiple team shots at the same time, or possibly some lag, or both. Frustrating either way, but for what it’s worth, Graviton Lance can be beat, especially at close range. SMGs, Sidearms, and most Auto Rifles have the edge over GL up close. Of course, getting up close isn’t always easy, but if you can manage it, you’ll stand a good chance of turning the tide.

Are you wearing all of the green armor? You only actually have to wear the one with the objective on it for it count.

I would add to this that you may want to play your Arc Strider more sneakily. Pop the super, look at your radar, wait until your quarry is engaging others on your team, and then close in. You can still throw grenades as a diversion, or to corral your target. Also, spam dodge in a zig-zag as you approach your target. Running straight at them only helps them hit you more reliably.

There is also the fact that if you get hit by one of the seekers from your ally dying you can then die from two bursts. If someone starts shooting at my group with Graviton I start moving away from my teammates.
