Raid Lairs for Noobs? (Destiny)

Color me interested. I'd put myself mostly in the noob category for those. I've been through the first lair once, and PART of the second lair (I'm not completely sure how far we got). Certainly not enough to tell anyone else what to do.

Cool. Any particular days/times good for you? Trying to work out when it'd be best to make a fireteam event.
