In the morning is when all the Japanese players are playing in the evening. You will get stomped. Best time is just early evening IMO.

Loongood point. I’m on PS4. All I’m saying is is if you play at peak times, you will probably have the largest skill distribution. Playing at off times will probably put you against the dedicated.
