Best Nights To Raid? (Destiny)

There's still a lot of raiding I need to do in order to level up and finish some important quests. I've noticed that when I make a session, it usually conflicts with a scheduled weekly event and such. So I want to ask--which nights would most people be available for raiding? When would be a good plan to schedule a session?
