This is floating out there as proof that Bungie paid 91 mil to get back the publishing rights…
That's not really what it says FYI, but the bottom line is Bungie paid something to get back publishing rights:
Activision agreed to transfer its publishing rights for the Destiny franchise to Bungie in exchange for cash…
So, I think they at least believe it has enough of a future for them to buy it back. I'm guessing they aren't done with it for a while…
