Revelry buff will be active in the Competitive Playlist. (Destiny)

Cozmo confirmed on redditthat the Revelry buff will be active in any activity that's not a Private Match.

I have no particular feelings about this, but I thought it was interesting, and it's definitely worth knowing for those of you that are still out there hunting Luna's Howl or Recluse.
