Outbreak Perfected Resource Megathread *SPOILERS* (Destiny)

So, there's a whole lot going on with this new mission, Zero Hour, and the exotic reward, Outbreak Perfected. There's the quest to obtain the weapon itself, 2 different version of the mission, the exotic catalyst, and another mini quest within the mission that rewards an exotic ship (that we know of).

I thought it might be helpful to have a resource here at DBO where we can keep information and guides together in 1 place. So I'm going to reply to this thread with a few helpful resources for anyone who's interested. Please do feel free to share anything else that you come across that might be helpful (anything related to Outbreak Perfected or the Zero Hour mission, that is).
